A pear-shaped diamond on a ring, weighing approximately 10.05 carats, flanked on either side by a pear-shaped diamond, mounted in platinum, achieved the highest price during the first half of Christie’s Magnificent Jewels auction, being held Tuesday. The second half of the auction is set to start at 2:30 p.m.
