Peregrine Diamonds Ltd. (TSX:PGD) announced that it has completed a non-brokered private placement of 10,441,189 common shares at a price of $0.21 per share for gross proceeds of $2,192,649.
As quoted in the press release,
The common shares issued under the Placement were sold on a “flow-through” basis pursuant to the Income Tax Act (Canada) and purchased by institutional investors and certain directors of the Company. The common shares issued under the Placement are subject to a six month hold period that expires on July 1, 2015.
