Antofagasta Mining’s Copper Production Increases 11.5 Percent

Mineweb reported that Antofagasta Mining announced a production increase of 11.5  percent year-to-date, compared to last year, thanks to increase in output at the Esperanza operation, located in Chile’s Antofagasta region.

As quoted in the market report:

The company is standing pat on its forecasted copper production of 700,000 tonnes for this year.
