Brisbane Times reported that uranium ports in Australia are considered a top priority by the Queensland Conservative Council.
Brisbane Times reported that uranium ports in Australia are considered a top priority by the Queensland Conservative Council.
As quoted in the market news:
The committee setting up Queensland’s uranium industry must first identify from which port any Queensland uranium can be exported, Queensland’s Conservation Council said last night.
According to the Australian Uranium Association, uranium is only exported from safe and accredited ports in Darwin and Adelaide.
Toby Hutcheon, coordinator of the Queensland Conservation Council, said there were many questions the committee – to be named today in state parliament – had to answer.
