Handelsblatt: Potash Corp Could Make a Hostile Bid for K+S

Potash Corp (TSX:POT) could be prepared to make a hostile bid for rival K+S Potash. According to Reuters, German newspaper Handelsblatt reported that Potash Corp was considering such plans.
As quoted in the publication:

Daily Handelsblatt cited financial sources as saying that Canada’s Potash Corp had talked to brokerages in Canada about such plans.
A Germany-based spokesman for Potash Corp was not immediately available for comment.
