Rhino Resource Partners Issuing Fourth Quarter Distribution

Rhino Resource Partners LP (NYSE:RNO) announced they will be issuing a cash distribution of $0.445 per common unit, or $1.78 per unit on an annualized basis.

As quoted in the press release:

This distribution will be paid on February 14, 2013 to all common unitholders of record as of the close of business on February 1, 2013 and no distribution will be paid on the subordinated units.
