Fission Energy Corp. (TSXV:FIS) reports appointment of Mr. Gregory Downey as Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Downey obtained his Certified Management Accountant designation in 1991 and is a member of the Certified Management Accountants of British Columbia. He also holds a diploma in Business Administration from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
