Overview

Belmont Resources Inc. is a uranium exploration and development company with key projects located in the Central Mineral Belt of Labrador, the Uranium City region of Northern Saskatchewan and the Reindeer / Wollaston Lake area bordering the Athabasca Basin of Northern Saskatchewan. The Company is focused on the development of these projects through joint venture agreements with other uranium companies, whereby Belmont recognizes exploration activity and minimizes cash commitments.

Chief Properties

Reindeer/Wollaston Lake Area, Saskatchewan


Belmont Resources Inc. completed staking of 14 contiguous claims totalling 63,184 ha. Nine claims totaling 51,395 ha have been receipted. and five additional claims in the same area, totaling 27,130 ha.are awaiting acceptance.

Crackingstone / Orbit


Belmont Resources Inc. together with International Montoro Resources Inc. signed an agreement in April 2006 to acquire 100% interest in one claim block (Crackingstone -750 ha) in northern Saskatchewan near Uranium City. The Companies have subsequently staked an area west and north of Crackingstone -11,109 ha. Orbit Lake group. In April 2007 the Companies entered into an option agreement with Ultra Uranium Corp. on the Orbit claims. To earn a 65% interest Ultra must pay cash, shares and incur $2 million in exploration expenditures over 3 years. Upon earning its 65% interest in Orbit, Ultra will have the right to earn a 65% interest in Crackingstone subject to further committments.

Labrador


Belmont Resources Inc. together with International Montoro Resources Inc. have signed agreements in April & August 2006 to acquire 100% interest in three claim blocks (126 units approx. 4000 ha) in the CENTRAL MINERAL BELT URANIUM DISTRICT, LABRADOR. In April 2007 Belmont & Montoro staked an additional claim block (11 units) adjacent to its Stormy Lake group. In May 2007 the Companies entered into an option agreement with Crosshair Exploration & Mining Corp. whereby Crosshair can acquire a 75% interest in the four mineral licences through payments of cash, shares and $800,000 in exploration expenditures over 3 years.

Larder Lake

In February 2003, Belmont acquired 100% interest in 4 claims (272 hectares) in Beatty Township, Larder Lake Mining Division, Northeastern, Ontario approx. 80km ENE from the city of Timmins. The Company holds two claims in good standing until March 13, 2010 and will continue to review exploration in the area.

Red Lake

The Red Lake camp is world renowned for its high-grade gold deposits that have produced approximately 20 million ounces since 1930. Most recently, attention has been focused on Gold Corp’s phenomenally successful Red Lake Mine, where a new high-grade deposit had been recently discovered, 48 years after the mine first entered production. The Red Lake Mine is regarded as the richest gold mine in the world with a reserve grade of 2.1 ounces per ton. Belmont together with Montoro (50/50) hold 8 claim blocks (83 units) in the Bateman and Shaver Townships which are in good standing until 2011/12. In April 2007 the Companies entered into an option agreement on the northern claim group (4 claims -32 units) with International Alliance Resources Inc. whereby Alliance can acquire 51% interest for cash, shares, and $500,000 in exploration expenditures on or before July 10, 2010; and an additional 19% for $1.5 million exploration by September 30, 2011

Management

Vojtech Agyagos, President/Director
Mr. Agyagos has more than 25 years of management and financial consulting experience and has served as an officer and director on numerous public companies since 1982. This experience has resulted in his managing exploration projects in South America, Eastern Europe (Slovak Republic)-in oil/gas and mineral exploration, and British Columbia, Quebec, Labrador and Ontario (Canada). Mr. Agyagos has served as President and Director of Belmont since December 1996.

Gary Musil, Secretary/Director
Gary Musil has more than 30 years of management and financial consulting experience and has served as an officer and director on numerous public companies since 1988. This experience has resulted in his overseeing the financial aspects and expenditures on exploration projects in Peru, Chile, Eastern Europe (Slovak Republic), and British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec and New Brunswick (Canada). Prior to this, he was employed for 15 years with Dickenson Mines Ltd. and Kam-Kotia Mines Ltd. as a Controller for the producing silver/lead/zinc mine in the interior of British Columbia Canada.

Jake Bottay, Director
Jake Bottay is a graduate of Simon Fraser University, earning his Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1972. Since 1980, Mr. Bottay has been responsible for project co-ordination, financing, contract negotiations, audit committees and public relations with a number of Junior Exploration companies. While serving as a Director or Officer on numerous Public Companies, Mr. Bottay has gained valuable experience in doing business in South America, Europe and Canada.

Kenneth B. Liebscher, Director
Ken Liebscher is an international businessman with 36 years of securities and executive management experience. Mr. Liebscher spent 22 years with the world’s largest dental products manufacturer, Dentsply International Inc., holding several positions culminating as the Manager of their West Coast Division. Eventually recruited by a major Europ-based competitor, Ivoclar Liechtenstein, he led their entry into the North American market. Mr. Liebscher has been on board of publicly held companies since 1992 and as President of a subsidiary called THE ELECTRIC CAR COMPANY in 1994, led a team that developed a prototype electric car from the ground up.

Roger Agyagos, Director
Mr. Agyagos has a Diploma in Management Systems from BCIT. Since 1995 he has been Vice-president for a private BC company providing office management and financial consulting services to various private and public companies. Mr. Agyagos assists with daily correspondence, office services, preparation of news releases and financial statements
