The market news is quoted as saying:

Vinod Narsiman, Managing Director of Kerala-based Indsil Group, says the company is in discussions with its Oman partner, Muscat Overseas Group, on prospects for a smelter that will help add value to the Sultanate’s manganese ore reserves.
Muscat Overseas Group’s wholly owned subsidiary Al Tamman Trading Establishment LLC, has plans to develop its manganese ore-bearing Mintirib concession in the Sharqiyah Region.
