Vancouver, British Columbia (FSCwire) – Noram Ventures Inc. (TSXV:NRM; Frankfurt: N7R) (“Noram” or the “Company”) announces that at the Company’s Annual General held on September 9th 2016 (the “Meeting”), the shareholders of the Company (the “Shareholders”) approved the following;
Vancouver, British Columbia (FSCwire) – Noram Ventures Inc. (TSXV:NRM; Frankfurt: N7R) (“Noram” or the “Company”) announces that at the Company’s Annual General held on September 9th 2016 (the “Meeting”), the shareholders of the Company (the “Shareholders”) approved the following;
- The approval of the audited financial statements of the Company for the financial period ended January 31, 2016, together with the auditors’ report thereon;
- To set the number of directors at 4;
- The election of Mark Ireton, Ken Phillippe, Art Brown, and Cyrus Driver as directors of the Company for the ensuing year or until their successors are elected or appointed;
- The appointment of MNP LLP, Chartered Accountants for the ensuing year and the authorization for the directors of the Company to fix their remuneration;
- The approval of the Company’s stock option plan.
