Noram Ventures to Extend Term of 637,500 Outstanding Warrants

Noram Ventures (TSXV:NRM) has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange in order to extend the term of a previously issued 637,500 warrants.

As quoted in the press release:

The warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement which closed on October 30, 2012 and are exercisable at the price of $0.25.

The warrants had an expiry date of October 30, 2014 and will be extended for a period of two additional years so that they will now expire on October 30, 2016. All other terms of the warrants will remain the same.
