Mining Weekly reports Labrador Iron Mines (TSX:LIM) might build a second plant near Schefferville, which could double the company’s capacity to produce iron ore.
The market news is quoted as saying,
The company started producing iron-ore from the James mine in Quebec in June, and expects to produce 2.2-million tons of ore, and between 750 000 and one-million tons of saleable product railed to the port of Sept-Iles by year-end.
