LED Medical Diagnostics Reports Further Changes to Board of Directors

LED Medical Diagnostics Inc. (TSXV:LMD) has announced further changes to its Board of Directors resulting from its annual general meeting last month. Al Fiore will serve the company as an advisor rather than a director from this point on.

As quoted in the press release:

As a result, the board of directors of LED Medical consists of Darryl J. Yea (Chair), Dr. Gane, Rick Pauls, Lamar Roberts, Rodger Tourigny and Praveen Varshney.

LED Medical CEO, Dr. David Gane, said:
