According to the press release:

Consumer-to-consumer conversation is a key part of the purchase journey and a significant driver of sales. Our data system is the only one that measures the totality of word of mouth conversations — both online and offline. Without looking at the totality, marketers are left with only a partial view and therefore fail to fully take advantage of this important business asset.
