American CuMo Mining Corporation (TSXV:MLY) announced that the Company has been served with a Notice of Civil Claim by Bill Jefferies, in relation to management fees claimed owed to him in the amount of $107,509.70. Mr. Jefferies is the Company’s former Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary, and Director.
As quoted in the press release:
CuMoCo is currently undergoing a detailed financial review of the activities of past management of the Company, including Mr. Jefferies, and will file a response to the claim shortly.
