Louis Morin to Commence 12 Month Period as Arianne Investor Relations Consultant

Arianne Resources Inc.(TSXV:DAN) announced the Louis Morin will take on the role of development advisor for the next twelve months. Mr.Morin has almost twenty five years experience in the industry as a broker, a consultant and a specialist in Investor Relations.

As quoted in the press release:

In consideration of the services to be provided, the Company has agreed to pay a monthly retainer of $6,000 to Louis Morin over the engagement period. In addition, the company has granted Louis Morin options to purchase 175,000 common shares of the Company at an exercise price of $1.07, subject to regulatory approval.
