Gold Field’s Sibanye Gold to List on JSE, NYSE February 11

Mining Weekly reported that Gold Fields announced that its gold-mining subsidiary Sibanye Gold  will be listing on the JSE and the NYSE on February 11.

As quoted in the market report:

The group earlier stated that the division and subsequent formation of two independently governed and managed companies would enable increased operational efficiencies and allow each group to focus on their respective strategic aims.
