International Lithium a subsidiary of TNR Gold Corp. Announces Updates from the TNR 2012 AGM

International Lithium Corp. (TSXV:ILC) announced highlights from the TNR Gold Corp. 2012 annual general meeting. All directors standing for re-election were re-elected.

As quoted in the press release:

In addition, all agenda items, as outlined in the circular, were approved and all directors standing for election were re-elected. The Directors for the ensuing year will consist of Mr. Gary Schellenberg, Mr. Kirill Klip, Mr. Paul Chung and Mr. Greg Johnson.
