Company NewsAlmonty Industries Inc. (TSXV:AII) announced that Bruce. C. Ratner has been elected to the board of directors, at its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on March 26, 2013.
As quoted in the press release:
Bruce is the CEO of Forest City Ratner Companies, a New York real estate company, which is the developer and majority owner of Barclays Center in Brooklyn and a minority owner of the National Basketball Association’s Brooklyn Nets.
