Rathdowney to Invest $4.4 Million in Heatherdale Resources
Rathdowney Resources (TSX:RTH) announced that it plans to invest $4.4 million in Heatherdale Resources (TSX:HTR) in order to acquire an interest in the Niblack project in Southeast Alaska.
Rathdowney Resources (TSX:RTH) announced that it plans to invest $4.4 million in Heatherdale Resources (TSX:HTR) in order to acquire an interest in the Niblack project in Southeast Alaska.
As quoted in the press release:
Under the terms of the deal, Rathdowney said it will subscribe for 22 million common shares of Heatherdale, in a private placement, at a price of 20 Canadian cents per share.
