Platinum Inched Up 0.1 Percent

Reuters reported on precious metals trading on Wednesday as platinum prices inched up 0.1 percent.

As quoted in the market news:

Platinum edged up 0.1 percent to $1,513.25 an ounce, underpinned by supply worries amid unrest in the South African mining sector, after violence at Lonmin’s Marikana platinum mine killed 44 earlier this month.
