Mining Weekly reports Stellar Resources’ (ASX:SRZ) Heemskirk project could rank as the second-biggest tin operation.
The market news is quoted as saying,
The Heemskirk project could produce some 600 000 t/y throughput over 7.6 years and its yearly tin output would be 3 900 t, Stellar reported on Wednesday.
The scoping study assumed a preproduction capital expenditure of some $108-million, including underground mine development, a processing plant, a tailings dam and ancillary infrastructure.
