Zimbabwe Officials Steal $2 Billion Worth Of Diamonds

SMH reported about $2 billion worth of diamonds have been siphoned out of Zimbabwe over the last four years by ministers and officials.

As quoted in the market news:

PAC referred to diamond fields in eastern Zimbabwe.

The report singled out Mines Minister Obert Mpofu by saying that he had cleared mining concessions for security chiefs.
