Hathor Exploration Limited and Terra Ventures Inc. Execute Definitive Agreement

Hathor Exploration Limited (TSX:HAT) and Terra Ventures Inc. (TSXV:TAS) report that the companies have executed a definitive arrangement agreement.

The press release is quoted as saying:

The execution of the Agreement clears the way for Terra securityholders to vote on and approve the merger at a special meeting of securityholders to be held on or about June 20, 2011, with the closing of the Arrangement occurring shortly thereafter. The completion of the proposed merger is anticipated to be implemented by the end of June, 2011. Completion of the Arrangement remains subject to a number of conditions including, but not limited to, receipt of all regulatory, court and shareholder approvals.
