Micron Enviro, Britannia Announce Ratification of Merger

Micron Enviro Systems , Inc. (PINKSHEETS:MSVS), a junior mining company which explores lithium, and Britannia Mining, a mining development company based in the UK announced that all aspects of the merger plan have been approved by the shareholders of Micron.

As quoted in the press release:

The company once known as Micron Enviro Systems will now officially become Britannia Mining.
