In February 2011, ELN announced that a $5 million exploration program has begun consisting of airborne and ground geophysics and will include a 10,000 metre drill program which is slated for commencement in the spring of 2011.

So why aren't the bullion banks, JP Morgan, Nova Scotia, etc not named in the law suit??? They are committing fraud every day by selling silver short that they don't have and can't possibly get.
