Copper Drops for First Time in Seven Days

Bloomberg reports that copper plunged for the first time in seven days.

The market news is quoted as saying:

Three-month delivery copper on the London Metal Exchange retreated as much as 1.1 percent to $9,171 a metric ton and traded at $9,172 by 3:06 p.m. Shanghai time.
