Grizzly Announces Stock Option Grant

Grizzly Discoveries Inc. (TSXV:GZD) reports its stock option grant.

The press release is quoted as saying:

775,000 of the aggregate 815,000 options vested upon issuance and the remaining 40,000 options will vest in equal tranches of 10,000 every three months within the first year from issuance. The stock options are exercisable at a price of $0.30 per Share.
