    Canadian Zinc’s Prairie Creek Mine Receives Environmental Approval

    Canadian Zinc Corporation (TSX:CZN) reported that the Mackenzie Valley Environmental Impact Review Board has approved the Prairie Creek Mine operation in the Northwest Territories.

    Canadian Zinc Corporation (TSX:CZN) reported that the Mackenzie Valley Environmental Impact Review Board has approved the Prairie Creek Mine operation in the Northwest Territories.

    As quoted in the press release:

    The Review Board has concluded that the proposed development of the Prairie Creek Mine is not likely to have any significant adverse impacts on the environment or to be a cause for significant public concern.

    Canadian Zinc’s Chairman and Chief Executive, John Kearney said:

    This favorable Report is a significant step forward for the Prairie Creek Mine.
