Reuters Africa reports Shanghai rebar futures rose for a third straight day on Friday.

The market news is quoted as saying,

The most active January rebar contract on the Shanghai Futures Exchange SRBc6 was up 0.3 percent at 4,815 yuan per tonne by the midday break.
