Business Vancouver reports that Endeavour Mining Corp.’s wholly owned subsidiary Endeavour Gold Corp., has acquired all issued and outstanding common shares in Toronto-based Avion Gold Corp.
Business Vancouver reported that Endeavour Mining Corp.’s wholly owned subsidiary Endeavour Gold Corp., has acquired all issued and outstanding common shares in Toronto-based Avion Gold Corp.
As quoted in the market report:
Endeavour said that the combination, under which Avion will become a subsidiary, will help boost its gold output by about 50%. Both mining companies are focused on properties in West Africa.
