Chile Calling for Copper Prices at $2.95 to $3 Next Year

Base Metals Investing Reuters reported that Chile’s state copper commission Cochilco released its forecast for copper prices in 2015 on Tuesday. Cochilco called for copper to average $2.95 to $3 per pound for 2015.

Cochilco had previously forecast copper prices would average $3/lb in 2015. It says copper prices averaged $3.11/lb in 2014, according to its website.
