Triumph Gold Corp. (formerly Northern Freegold Resources Ltd.)(TSXV:TIG)(“Triumph” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has retained IR Pro Communications Inc. (“IRPC”) of Delta, British Columbia to assist the Company with the expansion of its investor relations and corporate communications activities.
IRPC is a well-established investor and public relations firm whose knowledge and experience enables successful communication to the investment community creating and expanding awareness for its clients. IRPC’s focus is on emerging small and micro-cap companies providing targeted strategies for increasing their profiles in financial markets. More information on IRPC is available on their website at: www.irprocommunications.com. The principal of IRPC is Nancy Massicotte. Ms. Massicotte and IRPC do not currently own any securities of the Company but will be eligible for future option grants.
Subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, Triumph has agreed to pay IRPC a monthly fee of C$3,500 plus GST. IRPC’s engagement with Triumph is for a one year term and may be terminated at any time on 30-days’ advance notice.
