Euro Zone Concerns Hurt Gold Prices Again

CNBC News reported that gold prices dropped to its lowest in 4.5 months as concerns about the European debt crisis intensified.

As quoted in the market news:

Spot gold hit a session low at $1,559.81 an ounce, its lowest since late December 2011, before recovering slightly to trade at $1,561.81 an ounce at 0951 GMT, down 1.1 percent from $1,578.30 late in New York on Friday.
