Resolutions included the re-election of Terry Krepiakevich as a director of the company, the reappointment of MNP LLP as auditors of the company for the ensuing year and the directors were authorized to fix the remuneration. Also, shareholders approved the company’s 2011 Incentive Stock Option Plan.
