The editorial is quoted as saying:

With the price of silver at over $27 per ounce — the highest in 3 decades — I expect silver miners would be thinking about nothing but ramping up production.

I fully agree that it is impossible to ramp up production more than 10-20%! Whith the (futile?) naked shorts covering by the banksters there is a mayor shortage of silverbullion, this will drive the price up for the forseeable future. This short squeze will be very costly for JPM&HSBC!
