SUPREME RESOURCES LTD. (the “Company”) is pleased to announce it has entered into a purchase and sale agreement dated February 28, 2010 with two individuals to purchase six mining claims encompassing 2,125.91 hectares (5,220 acres) located approximately 15 km south of Princeton, British Columbia.

The Company has agreed to issue an aggregate of 125,000 common shares in consideration for 100% of the mining claims. There is no royalty payable.  The transaction is at arm’s length.  The acquisition is subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

The claims are underlain by the Nicola Volcanic and Voigt Stockworks.  This geology is similar to the nearby Copper Mountain Mining Company property which is slated to start production by June of 2011 at the rate of 35,000 tons per day.  This would be the third largest copper mine in Canada, and is expected to produce 100 million pounds of copper plus associated gold and silver credits per year.

The Company is planning an extensive exploration program on this property.  Further news will be forthcoming in the near future.
