Harmony to Mull Gold Price-Linked Dividend as Profit Surges

Bloomberg reported that Harmony Gold (NYSE:HMY) may link its dividend payments to gold prices.

As quoted in the market news:

That would follow a decision by Newmont Mining Corp., based in Greenwood Village, Colorado, in April to tie dividends to average sales prices. Gold for immediate delivery rose last month to a record $1,921 an ounce in London trading.
