ECB Loan Offer Causes Slight Decline in Gold

MarketWatch reported that gold prices declined modestly after the European Central Bank made a loan offer for euro banks.

As quoted in the market news:

Gold for delivery in February fell $5.60, or 0.4%, to $1,612 an ounce on the Comex division of the New York Mercantile Exchange. Prices had climbed nearly $21 on Tuesday.
