Mining Weekly reported that Alacer Gold (TSX:ASR) hiked its production guidance to 195,000-200,000 ounces for 2012.
As quoted in the market news:
Despite the lower-than-planned production during the first quarter, Alacer has increased the mine’s 2012 production guidance to between 195 000 oz and 200 000 oz, as development of the Marble and Main pit started. This is an increase from the initial guidance of 180 000 oz to 190 000 oz of production from Çöpler in 2012.
