Investments: Gold vs. Apple

In a recent video with Forbes, Adam Johnson of Bullseye Brief newsletter was asked whether he thought Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) or gold was a good investment. Perhaps not surprisingly, the successful commodities trader picked the yellow metal, noting that “Gold has withstood the test of time,” as an asset class.
And to those who say that gold is a ‘pet rock,’ Johnson pointed out that the man who invented the pet rock is a billionaire. “So it’s okay if you’re a rock,” he said.
