Forbes.blog(Editorial) reports on investors betting on long term gains in the uranium sector.

The editorial is quoted as saying:

Investors re-visited their bullishness for the uranium miners on Monday after a week of falling stocks and tanking spot prices for physical yellow cake, which plunged more than 20% to $53 per pound, according to Trade Tech’s spot price index.  Through Monday’s session, uranium stocks including Cameco, Uranerz, and Denison Mines were on a tear, staging massive recoveries and helping to propel the Global X Uranium ETF (URA), which gained 8% on the day.
