At VRIC, Resource Investing News spoke with Darin Wagner of Balmoral Resources. He discussed the company’s exciting Grasset discovery and what it takes to succeed as a junior explorer in the current market.

At Cambridge House International’s 2015 Vancouver Resource Investment Conference, Resource Investing News spoke with Darin Wagner, CEO, president and director of Balmoral Resources (TSXV:BAR), about the company’s exciting nickel-copper-PGM Grasset discovery in Quebec and about what it takes to succeed as a junior explorer in the current market.

Wagner answered questions about a number of topics, including the potential for Grasset, the outlook for the nickel price and the challenges of simultaneously advancing base metals and gold exploration projects. Of the potential at Grasset, he said that’s still a big unknown.”At this point it’s hard to measure because it’s grown so quick, and we don’t see indication of it stopping,” he commented.

In terms of what he’s looking for in the junior space right now, Wagner said he is interested in “anybody with a significant drill program starting up in the near future” as he thinks the market could be a bit more conducive to allowing companies to move forward with good results in the near term. Watch the video below for more of what the CEO had to say.
