Copper Gains 0.4 Percent

Bloomberg reported that copper surged 0.4 percent as machinery orders in Japan gained substantially.

As quoted in the market news:

Copper rose 0.4 percent to $7,424.25 a metric ton by 8:10 a.m. on the London Metal Exchange. Relative Strength Index 38.
