CMX Confirms TSXV Approval of Previous Private Placement

The Company announces that it has received final TSX Venture Exchange approval of its previous private placement of hard dollar units and flow-through units that was closed in June 2018.

The Company announces that it has received final TSX Venture Exchange approval of its previous private placement of hard dollar units and flow-through units that was closed in June 2018. Please refer to the Company’s earlier news release of June 8, 2018 which discloses the closing details. The Company expects its shares to resume trading shortly after Christmas.
