Prospector Agrees to Acquire Gold Prospects in Peru from Milpo

Prospector Resources (“Prospector”) (TSXV:PRR) is pleased to announce that through its whole owned subsidiary Rio2 Exploraciones S.A.C. (“Rio2”) it has entered into a mining assignment and option agreement (the “Agreement”) with Compañia Minera Milpo S.A.A. (“Milpo”) pursuant to which it has the right and option to acquire all rights and interests in 7 gold exploration prospects totalling approximately 19,000 hectares in Peru (the “Portfolio”).
As quoted in the press release:
