Polyus Gold Sales Rise in First Quarter

Reuters reported that gold sales from Polyus Gold (LSE:POLG) were up 52% in first quarter over the same period last year.

As quoted in the market news:

The company sold 345,000 ounces of gold in the first quarter, up 24 percent year-on-year, at an average price of $1,702 per ounce, up 23 percent.
