GoldMining Inc. (“GoldMining”) (TSX-V: GOLD; OTCQX: GLDLF) and Bellhaven Copper and Gold Inc. (“Bellhaven” and, together with GoldMining, the “Companies”) are pleased to jointly announce that they have entered into an agreement (the “Agreement”), pursuant to which, among other things, GoldMining will acquire all of the outstanding common shares of Bellhaven (the “Bellhaven Shares”) by way of a plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (British Colombia) (the “Arrangement”).
