Gold Prices Down on Recovering Dollar

Reuters reported that the price of gold eased on a rally in the dollar.

As quoted in the market news:

Spot gold was down 0.1 percent at $1,672.80 an ounce at 1152 GMT, while U.S. gold futures for June delivery fell $6.90 an ounce to $1,673.70.
