Mining Weekly(Editorial) reports African Eagle Resources (LON:AFE) sells its uranium assets to Australian company Jacana Resources for A$1-million in cash and shares.
The editorial is quoted as saying:
African Eagle, which is focused on developing nickel assets in Tanzania, will transfer its eight uranium targets in Tanzania, Zambia and Mozambique to Jacana, which plans to list on the ASX next year.
